Ingredients
1 Medium Onion
2 Medium Carrots
2 Small Zuchini
1 Turnip
1 Sweed
1 Large Parsnip
1 Large Potato
1 Portion of pumpkin (1 1/2 cups)
1 Small Sweet Potato
2 Sticks Celery
25g fresh Turmeric
2 Litres Water
1/4 cup of Bone Broth Powder
2 Tbs Ghee
1 1/2 Tbs of Herbamere
1 tsp of Dulse Flakes
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 tsp Marjoram,
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
50g Baby Spinach
1 sprig of Parsley and 1 sprig of Spring Onion for garnishing
Method
Firstly start by chopping all the vegetables into small cubes, excluding baby spinach and add to a large pot on the stove.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to the boil.
Reduce and let simmer for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once cooking is completed add baby spinach and stir through.
When serving garnish bowls with parsley and spring onion
